• Mon, May 4 | Bus Team Appreciation Day: We wish to thank all the staff at 4Seasons Transportation for supporting our students safely as they travel to and from school.
• Wed, May 6 | Hats On! For Mental Health: Please wear a hat on Wednesday, May 6 to support the importance of good mental health for Hats On! For Mental Health Day.
• Mon, May 11 | Nurse Appreciation Day: Join us in showing our appreciation for our amazing nursing team with Classic LifeCare whose care and dedication make a daily impact with our students.
• Tue, May 12 | Firedrill: We will be practicing our emergency protocols by having a scheduled firedrill on Tuesday, May 12 at 9:05 am. If you are dropping your child off at school, you may wish to drop them off after 9:15 am so that you do not have to wait until the drill has been completed.
• Fri, May 15 | No Classes: There are no classes scheduled for Friday, May 15 due to a system wide organizational day.
• Mon, May 18 | No Classes: There are no classes scheduled for Monday, May 18 due to the Victoria Day holiday. Enjoy the extra long weekend!
• Thur, May 21 | School Council & EFS Society Meets: We invite our families to join us at our monthly School Council & EFS Children's Society Meeting which will be held in the morning of Thursday, May 21 at 11:30 am. This meeting will be held prior to our Family & Volunteer Appreciation Art Walk. We hope to see you there!
• Thur, May 21 | Family & Volunteer Appreciation Art Walk: EFS families and volunteers are invited to attend our Family & Volunteer Appreciation Art Walk event on Thursday, May 21 at 12:30 pm.
• Thur, May 21 | Make-A-Wish Fundraiser: We will be hosting our in-person lemonade stand to help raise funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  
• Fri, May 22 | Classroom Fieldtrip: Students and staff from Nicky's class will enjoy a fieldtrip outing to Heritage Park. Please ensure that your child is dressed appropriately for the outdoor weather.
• Wed, May 27 | Firedrill: We will be practicing our emergency protocols by having a scheduled firedrill on Wednesday, May 27 at 2:05 pm. If you are picking your child up early from school, you may wish to pick them up before 2:00 pm so that you do not have to wait until the drill has been completed.
• Fri, May 29 | Play & Sports Day: Students and staff will enjoy a day full of fun activities on Friday, May 29.

• Thur, June 18 | EFS Graduation Celebration: We look forward to welcoming families on Thursday, June 18 of students who will be graduating/ transitioning to a new school for the 2026-2027 year. RSVP invitations will be sent home to these select families.
