You Are Invited!
Families are invited to attend our upcoming 2025 Winter Concert! We are looking forward to welcoming our families to our annual Winter Concert on Wednesday, December 10 at 1:00 pm. Our winter a huge success and the students and staff have been working hard on putting together a festive presentation to celebrate the upcoming holiday season. We ask families to consider bringing a non-perishable item for donation to our Calgary Food Bank drive - please review the wishlist for ideas.

- Location | Emily Follensbee School 5139 14 Street SW (Google Map) Important! If you are using GPS or Google Maps for directions, ensure you enter "Emily Follensbee School" for correct directions.
- Parking | There is limited parking at the school but attendees may park at nearby 50 Avenue SW or 14S Street SW (close to the dog park). If you are picking up your child early and driving them home (not taking the bus), we do have parking under the eaves of the school by the main entrance. Please advise your child's teacher that they will not be taking the bus home.
Collecting Donations | Annual Calgary Food Bank Drive
Our our annual food drive for the Calgary Food Bank started today and we will be accepting donations of non-perishable items and/or cash donations until Friday, December 12! The Calgary Food Bank has a wishlist of items that are needed to help those who are less fortunate, and we hope that our contributions will help make someone's winter holidays a little better. We will also be accepting cash donations on behalf of the Calgary Food Bank which may be sent in a ziploc bag or sealed envelope marked as "Calgary Food Bank". For every dollar donationed, the Calgary Food Bank can distribute $3.50 of worth of food thanks to their partnerships with local organizations.

- Pasta, rice, cereal & flour
- Baby formula, cereal & diapers
- Personal hygiene products (eg. shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, deodorant, etc.)
- Birthday party supplies (eg. cake mixes, icing, balloons, etc.)

- Items not accepted | Expired items, glass jars, homemade/home grown foods, dented/damaged/unlabelled cans, broken or open packages, supplements, candy or pop products.
