We are looking forward to welcoming the Calgary Opera to our school on Wednesday, February 19 for a performance of The Witty Squirrel at 9:40 am. The Witty Squirrel, originally written as an Italian children’s opera, has been re-written in English and within a comfortable voice range so that students may clearly understand the dialogue. Students will enjoy the story of a squirrel with golden teeth who cleverly outwits a king. Parents/Guardians are welcome to attend this event (approximately 40 minutes).
